EducateMe Group Refund Policy
1. No Refund Policy
Fees once paid for any of the courses offered by EducateMe Group, including but not limited to IELTS, PTE, Communicative English, Co-Curricular English, or Business English, are non-refundable under any circumstances.

2. Course Validity
The validity of any course, regardless of its duration, is strictly limited to one (1) year from the date of enrollment. After this period, access to the course and related services will automatically expire, and no extensions or refunds will be granted.
Courses enrolled through seasonal offers will have a validity of six (6) months from the date of enrollment.

3. Cash Back Offer
The cashback offer is a limited seasonal promotion applicable until May 2025 for IELTS/PTE fees. This offer is only available to students who enroll for this course and have successfully completed their applications with universities abroad through us. The refund will only be initiated once the student has commenced their course at the respective university abroad. No refund will be provided if the student discontinues the process midway or fails to begin their course.

4. Discontinuance of Services
You have the right to discontinue our services at any time; however, fees once paid will not be refunded. If you choose to discontinue, you must notify us with a clear written statement via email at:

5. Force Majeure Clause
EducateMe Group shall not be held liable for any delay, interruption, or cessation of services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Natural disasters (earthquake, flood, fire, storm, drought, hurricane, landslide, etc.)
Acts of God or public enemies
Epidemics, pandemics, or public health emergencies
Legal or regulatory changes
Government actions, court orders, or policy changes
War, terrorism, riots, or armed conflict
Labour strikes, lockouts, or boycotts
In the event of a Force Majeure event, EducateMe Group reserves the right to suspend or modify services without liability.
